Sheikh Nahyan meets former Dominican President

(Abu Dhabi) – Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Culture, Youth and Community Development, received at his palace the former Dominican President, Leonel Fernandez, who is participating in the Summit on the Global Agenda 2014, Dubai.
Sheikh Nahyan welcomed Fernandez and his accompanying delegation and exchanged views with him on the importance of the bilateral relations between the two countries in particular, and the Arab countries and Latin American countries in general, in various fields.
The former President of Dominican had participated at the conference, held at Emirates Palace and hosted by the UAE University a few months ago, that had dealt with ways to enhance ties between Arab countries and countries of Latin America.
