ABU DHABI, 28th September, 2023 (WAM) — President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan held a telephone conversation today with His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain. During the call, President Sheikh Mohamed extended heartfelt condolences and sympathies for the Bahrain Defense Force martyrs within the Arab coalition forces engaged in Operation Decisive Storm and Operation Restoring Hope. He also wished a swift recovery for the injured.
His Highness conveyed condolences and sympathy to the people of Bahrain and the families of the martyrs, beseeching Allah Almighty for His boundless mercy upon them and granting solace and patience to their loved ones. His Highness reaffirmed the UAE’s unwavering solidarity with the Kingdom of Bahrain, praying for its continued security and safety.
In response, His Majesty King Hamad expressed gratitude to His Highness for the genuine fraternal sentiments extended toward Bahrain, its people, and the martyrs’ families during this challenging time. He emphasized the deep and enduring bonds uniting the two nations and their peoples.
