UAE-Thailand Business Forum held in Sharjah
The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) hosted the UAE-Thailand Business Forum on November 13, 2024, aimed at strengthening economic cooperation and exploring investment opportunities between the two nations. The forum, attended by a high-level Thai delegation, focused on sectors including food manufacturing, logistics, and construction. Discussions centered on expanding bilateral trade, which has seen significant growth, including a 21% rise in non-oil trade in 2022. Sharjah’s business-friendly environment was highlighted as a key factor in attracting Thai investment.
