Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President and Chairman of the Presidential Court, inspected COP28 preparations at Expo City Dubai. He reviewed administrative, logistical, and operational arrangements for the November 30th kickoff. During the Expo City tour, he visited the World Climate Action Summit venue, country pavilions, and meeting halls.
Accompanied by Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and COP28 President, Sheikh Mansour received briefings on key conference events. Anticipating 160+ world leaders, 85,000 participants, and 5,000 media reps accredited by UNFCCC, he underscored COP28’s global significance. The conference is pivotal for the initial global stocktake assessing Paris Agreement progress.
