(Dubai) – Keeping pace with the ambitious vision of UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to boost the development march of the UAE across all sectors, Dubai Crown Prince and Chairman of the Executive Council H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has given directives to start preparations for “Dubai Strategic Plan 2020” to act as a catalyst for sustained development and raise the bar for excellence in all fields.
The framework of the Strategic Plan 2015 and its outcomes will serve as blueprints for formulating the Strategic Plan 2020. Sheikh Hamdan highlighted the importance of teamwork and inter-departmental cooperation between government and semi government entities to put together an action plan characterised by clear targets.
“We aim to build a comprehensive and coherent plan that yields further development of the various sectors in the emirate of Dubai and adds to the prosperity of our people,” Sheikh Hamdan said. “We are confident that Dubai will continue to be an international role model for development thanks to our wise leadership and the efforts of our people,” he added.
