
(Rome) – H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Foreign Minister, yesterday met Prime Minister of Italy, Matteo Renzi, in the capital, Rome. During the meeting, H.H. Sheikh Abdullah conveyed the regards of Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and His Highness General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of UAE Armed Forces, to the Italian prime minister, who, in turn, asked Sheikh Abdullah to convey his greetings to the UAE leaders and his good wishes for further progress and prosperity for the UAE.
Sheikh Abdullah praised ties between the UAE and Italy under the support and determination of leaderships in both countries to advancing them in various fields.
For his part, the Italian prime minister welcomed Sheikh Abdullah and discussed with him best ways of enhancing bilateral cooperation and friendships ties to serve mutual interests of the two friendly countries and their peoples.
