The European Innovation Council (EIC) Teams Up with EU Delegation and Dubai World Trade Centre for GITEX Global 2023
The European Innovation Council (EIC), in collaboration with the Delegation of the European Union to the United Arab Emirates and Dubai World Trade Centre, is set to kick off the European Pavilion at GITEX Global 2023. As the world’s premier tech event, this initiative aims to foster global tech partnerships.
The launch event will commence on Monday, 16 October 2023, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the European Pavilion. High-profile EU representatives, industry leaders, diplomats, and business innovators will come together, leveraging this platform to promote Europe’s tech advancements in the rapidly expanding Middle East market.
Key speakers include:
- H. E. Lucie Berger, Ambassador of the European Union to the United Arab Emirates.
- Stéphane Ouaki, Head of European Innovation Council Programme at the European Commission.
- Ayman Hassan, AVP Commercial, Dubai World Trade Centre.
Twenty standout innovators, showcasing the latest in 5G, artificial intelligence, cloud technology, cybersecurity, FinTech, blockchain, data analytics, and smart cities, will exhibit their advancements under the European Pavilion.
