Dubai Customs hosted a high-level delegation from Dubai Chambers on July 3, 2024, to discuss strategies for achieving the Dubai Economic Agenda. Led by Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers, the delegation met with Dr. Abdulla Mohammed Busenad, Director-General of Dubai Customs, to explore joint initiatives aimed at doubling Dubai’s economic size and establishing it among the top three global economic cities.
The talks focused on developing new services, enhancing Dubai’s trade and investment environment, and supporting Dubai’s business expansion in line with the economic agenda set by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
Dr. Busenad emphasized the importance of these collaborative efforts for sustainable economic development and improving Dubai’s global trade position, while Lootah highlighted the successful partnership between the two organizations in fostering a business-friendly environment.
