(Manama) – Bahrain International Circuit (BIC), “The Home of Motorsport in the Middle East”, hosts another exciting edition of Burnout on Friday in Sakhir.

Burnout is one of the more popular attractions on the annual programme at BIC during the Holy Month of Ramadan, and Friday’s event will be the second being held in as many weeks.

It is open to showmen of all skill levels, and it offers a unique kind of spectacle with the sight of rapidly rising white smoke and the smell of burning rubber.

Action on Friday will be held from 8.30pm until past midnight along car parks three to six. Registration of participants can be done at the venue from 7.30pm.

Entrants’ cars must meet specific eligibility criteria to take part and an entry fee of BD7 per driver must be paid. Those wishing to get a taste of the action as a passenger may do so for a fee of BD4.

Spectators will be able to watch for BD2. There is also VIP access to the event for BD10.

BIC is calling all motorsport lovers to attend and be a part of the excitement. All the action will be taking place within a safe and controlled environment.
