Sheikh Humaid approves Ajman General Budget

(Ajman) – H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, has approved the general budget of the Ajman government for the fiscal year 2015, with a total expenditure of about AED1 billion and 61 million and estimated revenues reaching AED1 billion and 61 million.
Sheikh Humaid issued Emiri Decree No. 14 of 2014 which takes effect on 1st January 2015.
Sheikh Ahmed bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Ruler’s Representative for Administrative and Financial Affairs, said, “The budget is a translation of the directives of H.H. Sheikh Humaid and H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, to dedicate special care and attention to infrastructure projects and development in the emirate.”
He added that this is the first budget following the approval of Ajman’s strategy and vision 2021, aiming to achieve sustainable development and the well-being and happiness of the citizens and residents.
