(Washington) – US President Barack Obama’s budget unveiled forecasts a deficit of $744 billion dollars in fiscal year 2014, a senior US official said. The figure equates to a deficit of 4.4 percent of gross domestic product in 2014, compared to a forecast deficit of 5.5 percent of GDP for fiscal year 2013.
