Minister of Finance and National Economy, Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, led Bahrain’s delegation at the 120th meeting of the GCC Financial and Economic Cooperation Committee. The agenda included discussions on enhancing financial and economic collaboration among GCC member states. Key topics covered outcomes of the Committee of Central Banks Governors, the GCC Customs Union Authority Board of Directors meeting, and results of the Finance Ministers’ Small Group meeting on G20 financial initiatives. Additionally, the meeting addressed the latest advancements in negotiations concerning free trade agreements. The discussions aimed to strengthen regional economic ties and foster cooperation within the Gulf Cooperation Council.
