On November 21, 2023, H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, hosted a meeting with Martina Strong, the newly appointed US Ambassador to the UAE. Meghan Gregonis, the US Consul-General in Dubai, accompanied Ambassador Strong during the visit.
During the meeting, Sheikh Saud extended a warm welcome to Ambassador Strong and Consul-General Gregonis, offering his best wishes for their successful tenure in further enhancing the strategic ties between the UAE and the US. He commended the existing close relations and collaborative efforts between the two nations, emphasizing the positive impact on the prosperity of their respective countries and people.
In response, Ambassador Strong expressed her appreciation for Sheikh Saud’s gracious hospitality and highlighted the enduring strategic relations between the UAE and the United States.
