President Erdogan congratulated Mark Rutte on becoming NATO’s new secretary-general in a phone call, as announced by Türkiye’s Communications Directorate. Rutte thanked Erdogan for his support, with plans for a future meeting in Washington and a visit to Türkiye beforehand.
