Sheikha Lubna Meets Norwegian Counterpart

(New York) – H.H. Sheikha Lubna bint Khalid Al Qasimi, Minister of Development and International Cooperation, has discussed with Heikki Holmas, Minister for International Development of Norway, the ways to strengthen joint cooperation between the UAE and Norway, especially in the areas of international development and humanitarian relief.
The meeting was held on the margins of the 68th session of the General Assembly of United Nations in New York. During the talks, both the leaders stressed on the importance of continuing coordination to support the international capacity for provision of humanitarian relief to the crisis zones, and exchange of expertise between the two sides.
