
(Manama) – As part of the commitment of the Council of Representatives to promote the royal reforms, Secretary General of the House of Representatives, Abdullah bin Khalaf Al-Dosari, and Director General of the Institute of Public Administration (BIPA), Dr. Raed Mohammed bin Shams, signed a cooperation and training Memorandum of Understanding. A number of officials of both sides were present.
Al-Dosari highlighted the significance of training in developing vocational skills and capabilities. He pointed out the establishment of Bahrain Parliamentary Training Center for the support of training process launched by Speaker Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al Mulla for raising the performance of the Secretariat staff.
Shams lauded the efforts of the Representatives’ Secretariat to upgrade its staff’s performance. He said, by the MoU, BIPA would train and rehabilitate the Secretariat’s staff to enable them to play their roles sufficiently by providing them with knowledge and skills needed.
