PM visits Arab Health Exhibition and Congress

(Dubai) – Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, visited the 41st edition of Arab Health Exhibition and Congress, which is being held at the Dubai World Trade Centre from January 25th – 28th.
During his visit, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed toured the exhibition which attracted the participation of around 4,000 national companies, a government entity, specialist companies, hospitals, and medical bodies from countries in the Arab region and the world.
Sheikh Mohammed, who was accompanied by H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council and H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, was briefed on the latest programmes, innovative medical devices, and health services, especially smart ones, which provide patients access to modern and innovative equipment.
The Ruler of Dubai began his tour at the Health Authority pavilion where he was briefed on the latest smart projects and health services provided to patients in hospitals and clinics throughout the Emirate of Dubai.
He then stopped by the Abu Dhabi Health Authority where he was presented to the most important and innovative health services provided by hospitals, clinics and medical centres, modern medical devices and specialised human cadres working for the authority.
His Highness also visited the world-famous Johns Hopkins Hospital, and was briefed on medical devices and equipment used by the hospital to treat patients and watched demonstrations on how some of this very sophisticated equipment is utilised.
