(Dubai) – Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has inaugurated Al Jalila Child Culture Centre at Wasl street in Jumeirah in the presence of H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai.
After unveiling the memorial plaque for the centre, the first of its kind in the Middle East, Sheikh Mohammed, accompanied by his daughter H.H. Sheikha Al Jalila, toured the centre, where he was briefed on the objectives and child cultural activities supported by the centre.
The centre aims to create an exemplary environment to teach the country’s children about their culture and ways to innovate and build capacity, and incorporate Emirati heritage into their lives.
