Leadership congratulates US President Trump

(Manama) – His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has sent a cable of congratulations to Donald Trump on his inauguration as the forty-fifth President of the United States of America.

HM the King wished the US President success in his presidency and leadership of the American people towards progress and prosperity in all fields.

HM the King took pride in the historic relationship between the kingdom of Bahrain and the United States of America that extends 120 years and is based on solid foundations and mutual interests.

HM the King stressed keenness to work with President Trump to strengthen the strategic partnership and further cooperation in various areas of mutual importance for the benefit of both nations, as well as working to maintain peace and security in the region and the world.

HM the King extended sincere personal regards and best wishes to President Trump, government and people of the United States of America.

His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa sent a similar cable to President Trump of the United States.

HRH Prime Minister also extended congratulations to US Vice President Mike Pence.

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, also sent a similar cable to US President Donald Trump.

HRH Crown Prince also extended congratulations to US Vice President Mike Pence.
