King receives five new ambassadors

(Manama) – His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa received the credentials of five new ambassadors during a ceremony held at Al-Sakhir Palace.

The new ambassadors accredited to the Kingdom of Bahrain are Italian Domenico Bellato, Fijian Kamlesh S. Prakash, Montenegrin Darko Uskokovic, Kyrgyz Jusupbek Sharipov and Dutch Frans Jacob Potuyt.

HM the King welcomed the new ambassadors and commended good relations binding Bahrain with their respective countries, wishing them success in their diplomatic duties to consolidate cooperation and friendship in Bahrain.

The ambassadors conveyed to HM the King greetings from their countries’ presidents, who wished HM the King health and happiness and the people of Bahrain further progress and prosperity.

The ceremony was attended by HM the King’s Personal Representative, the Royal Court Minister, the Royal Court Follow-up Minister, the Royal Protocols Chief and the Foreign Ministry Undersecretary.
