HM King receives French Defence Minister

(Manama) – His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received at Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) French Defence Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian who is on a visit to Bahrain to attend Manama Dialogue. He expressed appreciation of strong historic relations between Bahrain and France and growing cooperation mainly in the military and defence field.

HM the King welcomed the French Minister and his participation in Manama Dialogue, stressing Bahrain’s keenness on bolstering friendly and distinguished relations with France for the best interest of both countries and peoples. He underscored the importance of Manama Dialogue, being one of the key regional and international forums to tackle vital regional and international issues. He also lauded the role of France in boosting regional and global security and stability.
