Deadly Kabul blast kills dozens, wounds hundreds

(Kabul) – A deadly blast rocked Kabul’s diplomatic quarter today, killing at least 80 people and wounding over 350 other, officials said.

The explosion occurred during the morning rush hour in a busy part of the Afghan capital that houses many foreign embassies and government departments.

Taliban denied responsibility for the attack in a statement, and no group has yet claimed it.
