Crown Prince praises Bahrain-Italy ties

(Manama) – His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, received the newly appointed Italian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain, His Excellency Domenico Bellato, at Gudaibiya Palace.

The Crown Prince highlighted that the steady growth of relations between Bahrain and Italy has helped to facilitate significant business and commercial opportunities that directly support ongoing efforts to achieve shared strategic goals and interests.

The Crown Prince also highlighted that the exchange of bilateral visits has been an important contributor to delivering official agreements between the two countries.

The Crown Prince welcomed the newly appointed Ambassador to the Kingdom and wished him every success in his new diplomatic role.

The Italian Ambassador expressed his pleasure at the opportunity to meet the Crown Prince and emphasised his commitment to exploring ways in which collaboration between Bahrain and Italy can be expanded.
