Bahraini PM underlines keenness to boost citizens’ welfare
(Manama) – His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received at Gudaibiya Palace Shura Council Chairman Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh, members of the legislative branch and senior officials, in the presence of former Representatives Council Speaker Khalifa bin Ahmed Al-Dhahrani.
HRH underlined the government’s transparency in dealing with all issues, affirming its keenness on boosting people’s welfare and preserving achievements brought about through cooperation between the legislative and executive branches. He commended the role of MPs in highlighting people’s needs to the legislative authority and their efforts to meet them in accordance with available resources.
HRH the Premier asserted the need for national interest to remain top priority and the main goal of all efforts in order to ensure a better life for the people. He praised the high moral of Bahraini people while handling different challenges. He stressed the government’s keenness to enhance cooperation with the legislative branch to serve the best interest of the country and people.
HRH the Prime Minister underscored the need for concerted efforts to maximize national achievements in the economic and social fields. He emphasised the importance of communication and cohesion in fast-tracking the national development march, asserting the need the preserve and strengthen national unity to stave off present and future regional challenges.
