(Manama) – His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister were both at the fore of recipients of UK Prime Minister Teresa May who arrived Bahrain at HRH Prime Minister’s invitation to attend the 37th GCC Summit as Guest of Honour.

HRH the Prime Minister and HRH the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister reviewed with the British Prime Minister the historic friendship and cooperation ties between the two kingdoms, citing the growth and development of these ties in all fields.

HRH Prime Minister asserted that the participation of the British Prime Minister in the GCC Summit hosted in the Kingdom of Bahrain reflects the strong GCC-British and mutual keenness to boost the cooperation and coordination ties to serve the mutual interests.

HRH the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister reviewed with the British Prime Minister a host of topics on the bilateral cooperation vis-à-vis regional and international developments of security and stability on the one hand, and economic aspects, on the other.
