
(Dubai) – Deputised by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa, Deputy Premier Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al-Khalifa led Bahrain’s delegation to the World Government Summit, which concluded in Dubai.
HM the King had received an invitation from UAE President Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al-Nahyan to attend the global summit which concluded in Dubai.
The delegation representing the Government of Bahrain also included Civil Service Bureau (CSB) Chairman, Bahrain Institute of Public Administration (BIPA) and Informatics and Electronic Government Chief Executive Officer.
The Deputy expressed thanks and appreciation to HM the King for deputizing him to leader the delegation representing the Government of Bahrain in World Government Summit.
He underscored the crucial importance of the summit which, he said, represented a high-profile annual platform bringing leaders from up to 140 countries to debate key issues.
