(Abu Dhabi) – His Highness General Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the U.A.E. Armed Forces, attended a lecture at his Ramadan Majlis in Bateen on ‘Human Industry in the Revelation Order’. Dr. Ahmed Abbadi, Secretary-General of the League of Mohammedan Scholars in Morocco, told the high-profile gathering that creation of man goes beyond that concept to include the building of the nation itself, citing the Quran verse: ‘You are the best nation on earth for people.’ The lecturer said the nation (Ummah) of Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) is the only nation, made by Allah, which is capable of playing a social role and inter-cooperate but unfortunately it was hit by divisions over the recent years.
‘However, we now need to inspire the holy Quran and the broader universe to shape a united human structure to address any challenge it may arise,’ he emphasized.
He went on to say that the U.A.E. has the qualifications and competencies to monitor Quranic revelations and lift the state of backwardness which ‘our communities are experiencing.’ ‘Our reality is crippling and our institutions are shaking including those of governance and education whose roles are in desperate need of re-evaluation,’ he concluded.
The lecture was attended by H.H. Sheikh Tahnoun bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Ruler’s Representative in the Eastern Region, H.H.
