Sheikh Mohammed Meets French Defence Minister

(Dubai) – H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, received French Defense Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian and the delegation accompanying him, at Zabeel Palace.
At the meeting, that was also attended by Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, they reviewed friendly relations between the UAE and France. Describing these relations as historical, Sheikh Mohammed said that mutual visits by officials in both countries will contribute to their strengthening and will serve the interests of their peoples.
Shaikh Mohammed and Le Drian hailed the role of French and UAE companies in bolstering the bonds of friendship and human relationships, which are reflected positively on the economic and trade cooperation between UAE and France.
