(Abu Dhabi) – UAE President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan received at Mushrif Palace, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, their Highnesses Supreme Council Members and Rulers of the Emirates, Crown Princes and Deputy Rulers.
H.H. General Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in the Western Region attended the meeting.
Sheikh Khalifa received His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah; His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman; His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah; His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu’alla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain and His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah.
At the beginning of the meeting, Sheikh Khalifa and the Rulers of the Emirates congratulated Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid on Dubai’s win to host Expo 2020, affirming that the win represents an important leap in the march of the big achievements of the UAE since its establishment. Sheikh Mohammed in turn dedicated the win to Sheikh Khalifa, the Rulers of the Emirates and the people of the UAE.
