Pakistan rolls out red carpet for Prince William, Kate Middleton
Prince William and Kate Middleton received a warm welcome as they touched down in Pakistani city of Rawalpindi.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge arrived at Rawalpindi’s Nur Khan Air Base shortly after 9PM Monday night whereupon they were received by Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Britain’s High Commissioner to Pakistan Thomas Drew, and other members of the Foreign Office.
The same day, Prince William and Kate Middleton will also visit Islamabad’s women’s college and attend a charity event later in the day.

The royal pair will travel in Lahore on October 16 where they are expected to visit Badshahi Mosque, Minar-e-Pakistan, SOS Village, Aitchison College, Shaukhat Khanam Memorial Hospital, and National Cricket Academy.
On October 17, the royal couple will head towards Chitral where they are expected to interact with locals and visit the Khyber Fort before they head back to the federal capital at night.
