The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI) successfully concluded its role as a Strategic Partner in the World Investment Forum 2023, a five-day event that gathered over 7,000 global leaders, decision makers, and experts from 160 countries to explore vital investment opportunities for sustainable development. Ahmed Khalifa Al Qubaisi, CEO of the Abu Dhabi Chamber, highlighted the forum’s comprehensive insights into local and global investment prospects and its contribution to sharing successful practices across various industrial and commercial sectors.
During the forum, His Excellency Al Qubaisi participated in an event focused on “Unlocking Investments in the African, Caribbean, and Pacific region through the ‘Invest in ACP’ Platform,” emphasizing the UAE’s role as a significant investor in the ACP region. The Abu Dhabi Chamber organized five panel discussions that offered valuable perspectives on fostering sustainable economic growth, covering sectors such as trade, industry, agriculture, technology, cybersecurity, and more. These sessions drew around 700 experts from local, regional, and global commercial and industrial sectors.
Distinguished board members of the Abu Dhabi Chamber, including Waseem Al Halabi, Ahmed Khalifa Almehairi, Marwa Abdulla Jumaa Al Mansoori, Sultan Ziad Hatoum, and Aref M.Y. Abdelrahman Al Farra, actively participated in these discussions, shedding light on key topics like agriculture, food security, investment during crises, information and communication technologies, supply chain management, and the green economy.
