ASEAN and US Genomics/AI Stakeholders Forge Collaborative Ties in Washington DC Dialogues.

ASEAN Committee on Science, Technology, and Innovation (COSTI) engaged in fruitful discussions with US Genomics and AI stakeholders in Washington DC on October 31 and November 1. The US-ASEAN Business Council hosted the dialogues, where both parties reiterated their dedication to strengthening collaboration. They discussed potential projects in AI benchmarking, weather prediction, cost-effective genome sequencing, bioinformatics training, and more.

The meeting extended beyond discussions, including visits to Corteva Agriscience, Chesapeake Farm, and a Gala Dinner. These engagements underscored the commitment to fostering meaningful partnerships and exploring opportunities for advancement in science and technology.
