(Sharjah) – The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCI) launched its ‘Business Intelligence System’ – a smart scheme that aims to fully boost the chamber’s digital transformation process for all its transactions and inquiries, in a move to exploit digital and technical technologies providing cutting-edge support to administrative decisions and preparation of corporate reports as part of the efforts to inspire a new administrative culture that endorses digital technologies.
The initiative will assist in transforming traditional data and long-time stored information into digital formats, making these easy to handle and process. This will enable preparing advanced and smart reports, through which all kinds of information can be connected and analyzed, enriching such reports with useful information and performance indicators that help in making decisions based on truthful facts and benefit from today’s latest digital technologies.
The system will support management decision-making, expedite the preparation of corporate reports and publications and guarantee availability of information for businesses in all sectors, decision makers and interested parties.
Khalid bin Butti Al Hajri, Director General of SCCI, said: “SCCI’s launch of its ‘Business Intelligence System’ comes alongside its other initiatives and projects that the chamber has been working on to support full digital transformation of all its operations. The mentioned system reflects the chamber’s commitment to pursue know-how of strategically operational decisions and provide credible levels of information and data bases, to build precise and transparent financial and non-financial indicators for decision makers from the Emirate of Sharjah’s vast economic sectors.”
