(Abu Dhabi) – Six new judges were sworn in before H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Presidential Affairs and Chairman of Abu Dhabi Judicial Department.
Sheikh Mansour, during a meeting with the new judges, emphasised the commitment of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan to the rule of law and the promotion of justice, being a key pillar of security, social and economic stability.
The department’s strategy, he said, sought to build an effective, efficient judicial system that meets requirements of the rapid progress being witnessed by the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
The new judges thanked President Khalifa for the trust he placed on them and pledged to honestly enforce the law and the constitution within the spirit of justice.
