(Abu Dhabi) – His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of UAE and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai received South Korean Prime Minister Kim Hwang-sik and his accompanying delegation at Zabeel Palace.
Present at the meeting were Dubai Deputy Ruler H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation and Chief Executive of Emirates Group H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Cabinet Affairs Minister Mohammed Abdullah Al Gergawi, Economy Minister H.E Sultan Saeed Al Mansouri, State Minister for Financial Affairs H.E Obaid Humaid Al Tayer, State Minister H.E Reem Ibrahim Al Hashemi, Director of Dubai Ruler’s Court H.E Mohammed Ibrahim Al Shebani, Dubai Director of Protocol and Hospitality H.E Khalifa Saeed Suleiman, the UAE Ambassador to South Korea H.E Abdullah Khalfan Al Rumaithi, the South Korean Ambassador to the UAE Kwon Tae-Kyun and the delegation accompanying the Korean Prime Minister.
Welcoming his guest, H.H Sheikh Mohammed expressed hope that the premier’s visit results in expanding cooperation and communication between the two countries’ officials and peoples.
The South Korean Premier expressed happiness about his first visit to the UAE, expressing admiration about the progress of the UAE.
Both the leaders also discussed ways of boosting bilateral relations and cooperation between the UAE and South Korea in the various fields.
