UAE announces Urgent aid for Palestinians

Under the directives of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and of His Highness General Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the U.A.E. Armed Forces, and follow-up of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in the Western Region and Chairman of the Emirates Red Crescent, the United Arab Emirates has allocated US $ 25 million as urgent humanitarian aid to support the Palestinian people, who are exposed to the latest brutal Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.
The Emirates Red Crescent will supervise the distribution of aid, and has also been instructed to establish an integrated field hospital in Gaza Strip to provide medical aid to the victims of the Israeli aggression, which has killed and injured a large number of innocent people in that area.
