Third Gulf Forum concludes

(Manama) – The third edition of the of the Gulf Forum concluded under the patronage of His Majesty’s Advisor for Information Affairs Nabeel bin Yacoub Al-Hamer.

The Bahrain Society for Public Relations organised the symposium at the Gove Hotel in Amwaj islands, in cooperation with Act Smart Public Relations Consultancy.

Themed “Building influential e-personality”, the forum focused on the crucial role of leading personalities on the social media websites and other key topics.

Gulf Forum Secretary-General Dr. Fahd Ibrahim Al-Shehabi stressed the influential role of new media generation, compared with the conventional media.

Global Social Media Club co-chair Ali Sabkar delivered a speech in the Third Gulf Forum, highlighting the mounting competition between all social media accounts.

The symposium featured three sessions which focused on the concept of “influential personalities”, the requirements of electronic personalities and the development of the social media.

Dr. Lulwa Budoulama conducted a training workshop highlighting different social media personalities and best ways to deal with them.

Gulf Forum Secretary-General Dr. Fahd Ibrahim Al-Shehabi then distributed certificates to the participants who took part in the symposium.
