(Abu Dhabi) – His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, received Arab finance ministers, central bank governors and monetary fund managers at Zabeel Palace in presence of Dubai Deputy Ruler and Minister of Finance, H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Dubai Deputy Ruler H.E. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
Sheikh Mohammed discussed with his guests, who are currently in the UAE to take part in the two-day Annual Meeting of Arab Financial Institutions and the Fourth Meeting for the Council of Arab Finance Ministers, current economic situations in the Arab world and means of formulating a joint strategy that would reflect positively and benefit peoples of the Arab nation.
During the meeting, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed highlighted the importance of catalyzing joint Arab investments in the various sectors as proposed by the League of Arab States with aims to abolish barriers and facilitate the creation of a joint Arab market.
