(Tehran) – H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Foreign Minister of UAE held talks with Iranian Foreign Minister, Ali Akbar Salehi during his surprise visit to Iran.
Also present were Ambassador Tariq Al Haydan, Assistant Foreign Minister for Political Affairs, Saif Mohammed Obaid Al Zaabi, UAE Ambassador to Iran, Khamis Al Alka, Director of the GCC Affairs Department at the Foreign Ministry and Mohammed Al Khaja, Adviser at the office of Foreign Minister.
Salehi welcomed Sheikh Abdullah, stressing his keenness on developing the ties between the two countries. For his part, Sheikh Abdullah said that the UAE leadership, government and people are keen on developing the relations with Iran in all fields.
