Scottish Premier sees independence in 2025

(London) – Scottish First Minister Nicola Sturgeon expected her country to gain independence from the United Kingdom by 2025.

“I think Scotland will be independent, yes, but that’s a choice for the Scottish people,” she said in an ITV interview.

Opinion polls show Sturgeon’s Scottish National Party looks likely to win the most seats north in British parliamentary elections which will be held on Thursday.
