(Kabul) – The United Arab Emirates has participated in the swearing-in ceremony of the new President-elect of Afghanistan, Dr. Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai. Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Belhaif Al Nuaimi, Minister of Public Works, represented the U.A.E.’s President at the inauguration ceremony.
The ceremony was also attended by Juma Al Kaabi, Acting Charge d’Affairs of the U.A.E. Embassy in Kabul, and representatives from the GCC States and a number of other countries.
