National Guard honours retirees

(Manama) – The National Guard has honoured its military retirees under the patronage of the Director of Staff, Major-General Shaikh Abdulaziz bin Saud Al Khalifa.

The National Guard’s staff director in his speech conveyed the greetings and appreciation of National Guard President His Highness Lt-General Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa for their outstanding military service. He cited numerous benefits provided to the pensioners, their children and families in return for their services.

The honorees expressed their gratitude and appreciation of His Highness Lt-General Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa the President of the National Guard, and Staff Director Major-General Shaikh Abdulaziz bin Saud Al Khalifa, and reminisced many shared memories throughout their career in the National Guard.

In conclusion of the ceremony, the director and the honored retirees posed for a memorial snapshot on this occasion.
