After that, HRH Premier requested ministries and service government departments to ensure optimal management of resources, especially those directly related to the citizens so that they receive them timely and without delay, a post-session statement by the Cabinet Secretary-General, Dr. Yaser bin Isa Al-Nasser, also said.

In this context, the Prime Minister instructed the Health Ministry to expedite the appointments given to patients, and to provide the necessary equipment and specialised staff to reduce the waiting period for medical check-ups and treatment.

Then, HRH the Prime Minister stressed that the educational environment should always be motivating to create good conditions for students to be distinct in their conduct and education, as well as to be keen on attaining outstanding achievements through which they can serve their nation.

This stimulating school environment would also foster creativity among students, on the one hand, and improve the quality and output of the education march in kingdom, he added.

Commenting on a memorandum presented by the Minister of Education in which he highlighted the Ministry’s preparations for the new school year and the development projects to be implemented, HRH the Prime Minister congratulated the students and the administrative and teaching staff on the academic year 2017-2018, and wished them every success, lauding the “fruitful” efforts exerted by the Education Ministry –Minister, affiliates and heads of educational and academic institutions- to serve the education march in the kingdom.

Tackling development issues, HRH Premier gave instructions to service ministries to visit the Hoora and Gudaibiya regions to identify their needs and address any service shortcomings there.

He also gave directives to verify whether the rented real estates which are allocated for collective residence in the two regions meet the health, security and security requirements.

He also instructed the Ministry of Labour, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning and all the relevant authorities to intensify inspection campaigns in the two regions to ensure that collective residence housing units are in accordance with the executive regulation of the Municipalities Law and the related edicts, particularly regarding their area and the number of tenants.

All the competent authorities were also requested to follow up on the implementation and activation of all the edicts related to collective residence.

Then, the session lauded the achievements attained during the Third Session of the Fourth Legislative Term thanks to the fruitful cooperation between the Executive and the Legislature, including mainly the approval of the amendment to the Constitution of Bahrain with regards to the terms of reference of the Military Judiciary.
