FM meets India’s ministers of defence and railway

(New Delhi) – H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Foreign Minister, met in New Delhi, India’ Defence Minister, Manohar Parrikar, in the framework of his current visit to the Republic of India.
During the meeting, Sheikh Abdullah and Parrikar reviewed cooperation between the two countries, focussing on the defence and military fields and ways of enhancing and exchanging views on the latest regional and international developments.
The UAE foreign minister also met India’s Railway Minister, Suresh Prabhu. They exchanged views on ways to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries, especially at the level of transport and infrastructure sector, as well as major rail network projects and how best to benefit from the Indian experience in this area.
The two meetings were attended by Reem bint Ibrahim Al Hashimy, Minister of State.
