(Athens) – On behalf of His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, Advisor to HRH the Premier His Highness Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa took part in the 2nd Arab-Euro Summit held under the theme “Towards a Firm Alliance” in the Greek capital Athens on November 9 and 10.
The summit was opened by Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras under the auspices of Greek President Prokopis Pavlopoulos and the European Parliament, in cooperation with the Arab League, the Union Contracting Company and the Arab Chambers Federation.
The opening ceremony was attended by more than 600 participants including Presidents, Prime Ministers, ministers and an elite of leading figures from the private sector, businessmen and Chairmen of the Arab and Greek Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
The Advisor to HRH the Premier attended a dinner banquet hosted on the sidelines of the summit in honour of the Greek Prime Minister and the participants in the summit.
