UAE eyes stronger relations with Kyrgyzstan

Khaled Ghanem visit to Kyrgyzstan(Bishkek) – H.E. Khalid Ghanem, UAE’s Assistant Foreign Minister for Economic Affairs upon concluding his visit to Kyrgyzstan expressed UAE’s keenness to boost bilateral relations with Kyrgyzstan in all spheres.
During his visit, Al-Ghaith met Kyrgyzstan’s Vice Prime Minister Djoomart Otorbaev and Foreign Minister Ruslan Kazakbaev. The leaders discussed ways to promote the UAE-Kyrgyz relations and investments in particular.
Kyrgyz officials expressed interest in benefiting from the UAE’s experience in order to promulgate legislations to create favorable environment for investments in Kyrgyzstan.
The UAE delegation to Kyrgyzstan took part in launching ceremony of flydubai’s low-fare carrier’s flights to Bishkek city, its 50th destination.
An agreement was also signed between the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development (ADFD) and Kyrgyz Ministry of Transport to fund road construction projects in Kyrgyzstan.
